  • How do I get started?
    If you are using our services for the first time, you must first contact Patient Services, at (888) 701-4990. Patient Services will provide you with information on our services, and help you set up a Medical Profile. After collecting the necessary information from you, your request will need to go through a validation process where our health care agents will verify and validate the information you provide. Validation only happens when you use our services for the first time; subsequent health care requests are more stream-lined. We have many satisfied patients, and you'll find our services are quick and easy to use.

    What happens to my health care request after it's been received?
    Once your health care request has been submitted into our system (via website or by calling Patient Services, you will receive a confirmation email; if you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us. All health care requests are validated and reviewed to ensure all required information is has been provided prior to entering our processing network.

    Once in our network, your request is assigned to a US licensed physician. The physician will have secure access to the health care and contact information you have provided and will conduct a thorough review to determine if treatment is necessary. In determining a diagnosis and possible treatment, your assigned physician may need to speak with you or your primary care physician, if available, that has your medical records on file. This information may be necessary to answer any additional questions. If the physician approves medical treatment through prescription medication, you will be issued a valid electronic prescription. Your request is then assigned to a pharmacy within our network for fulfillment.

    The final step of the process will be the pharmacy securely packaging your prescription for shipment. When the package is scanned by the shipping carrier, it is considered in-transit and will arrive to the provided shipping address in accordance to the shipping method you chose. When your package has shipped, the shipment carrier's tracking number will be provided (if available) by e-mail and you may check the order status on our website.

    What if there are problems with my health care request?
    Problems can include missing information needed to process your request, requests being submitted too early and credit card declines. Whatever the problem may be, your health care service representative will immediately contact you by phone and email to assist you in providing the quickest solution and avoid any unnecessary delays in processing your request.

    How Safe Is My Information From Hackers or Fraud?
    The on-line ordering system uses secure encryption technology. When the ordering process begins, the session is secured with an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) session otherwise known as HTTPS. All information sent between your browser and the system is encrypted. Our electronic network infrastructure is firewalled, and the personal medical information is encrypted before being stored in our database. The system also has safeguards in place to protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported.

    What is the Return Policy?
    Due to FDA regulations, medications cannot be returned or replaced once shipped from the pharmacy. However, we do offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all reorders if you receive the wrong medication or the wrong quantity. If you call to cancel your order before the medication is shipped, you will not be responsible for payment. If this is the case and your credit card was charged, your credit card will be refunded the order amount in its entirety. We urge patients to call the service number listed on the website as soon as possible if they need to cancel or make changes.
